Minimum of three years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, or access center functionsRelevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Preferred QualificationsExperience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or technology implementation. Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and scheduling platforms. Background in change management and pilot program execution. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
