Prepare and maintain accurate customs documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Certificates of Origin (COOs), and commercial invoices. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes. Track shipments and proactively address delays or disruptions to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain up-to-date logistics and supply chain records in ERP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with production and project timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in the supply chain.
