The position will collaborate with the department supervisor to ensure knowledge of, and compliance with, project-specific requirements. Essential Functions:Hold Daily Huddle Meetings, understand key metrics and be able to convey progress to performance expectations to the team. Lead Continuous Improvement Projects addressing safety, quality, and production opportunities.Give direction to all direct reports and provide daily instruction to each team member. Train and engage New Hires and coach them continuously to make sure they are successfully on boarded and continuously develop their skill set.Engage team in creative problem-solving activity and implementing daily improvements.
