Daily Thermetrics is seeking Experienced Welders to join our rapidly growing welding and production team. A Welder is responsible for assembling pieces of metal together or repairing damage in metal components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting the metal into shape. Qualifications: Must successfully pass a 6G Welding Assessment. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a welder. Professional welding certification (e.g., AWS) is highly desirable. Prior experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or machine shop environment. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings, including WPSs, PQRs and WPQs. Hands-on experience with various welding techniques and equipment (TIG, MMA, etc.). Skilled in the use of both electrical and manual tools such as saws, calipers, and squares. Familiarity with ASME codes and non-destructive testing (NDT) processes. Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and welding symbols. Strong knowledge of safety standards and a commitment to using appropriate PPE (helmet, face shield, gloves, etc.). Excellent technical communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities. Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Sponsorship or visa transfers are not available at this time. High school diploma, vocational school certificate, completion of a recognized craftsman apprenticeship program or equivalent education. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
