If needed, develops action plans to achieve results.- Adjusts raw material or escalates if plan isn’t reached.- Communicates issues or barriers with production schedule or material containment.- Develop strategy and communicates executable plan for handling offgrade /rejected materials.- Participates in quality investigations for out of spec product.- Initiates process safety bypasses and develops mitigation plans.- Communicate with outside units to share best practices.- BS degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum of 3 years external manufacturing experience (or 1 year of Celanese manufacturing experience for internal candidates)- Ability to communicate effectively- Ability to directs work- Ability to build effective teams- Understands production schedule, production capabilities- Ability to resolve problems and issues independently and in partnership with stakeholder- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing, and challenging environment- Identifies hidden and emerging issues/ trends
