This robust support allows our PCP to see fewer patients and spend more time with those they do.This position will be at our Ayres clinic in Corpus Christi. Total compensation package (base pay + bonus) could exceed $300K, depending on experience and location.The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keeps a medical history and medical records. Refers the patient to specialists as needed. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications:Current and unrestricted medical licenseorwilling to obtain a medical licenses instate of practice;eligible and willing to obtain licenses in other states in the region of assignment, as required Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited universityBoard Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred)Active and unrestricted DEA licenseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patientsFully engaged in the concept of “Integrated team based care”modelWillingness and ability to learn/adapt to practice in a value-based care settingSuperior patient/customer serviceBasic computer skills, including email and EMRThis role is considered patient facing and is part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
