Any RTO that is not on ADL needs to be approved with manager 30 days prior. If census is low or PT has cancelations, expectation is for provider to ask what they can do to at the facility to get hours.If they do not stay, only actual hours will be billed/paid. If clinic is closed/closes early or has delayed start due to inclement weather only actual hours will be billed. OT: Any OTmust be preapproved by management in writing.OT isn't paid out until after 48hrs. OT rate will be same as BR in placement since we don't have providers working 48+hrs per week.
