care, establishing priorities, and setting goals.Plan implementation:Uses care plans as a basis for providing safe and therapeutic care to patients.Consistently follows established standards, professional nurse.Required SkillsDemonstrated proficiency of 50 percent of the skills required for Level II.Required LicensesRegistered NurseMust possess an active RN license in the state of TN or
