JOB SUMMARY:The Medical Assistant/X-Ray Tech or Radiology Tech will be responsible for greeting patients, activating patient files and providing support to patients and medical staff. The incumbent in this role is accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned market, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. The remainder of their time allocated to leadership responsibilities including Clinical Director performance, engagement, building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture.
