Will be responsible for supervising staff and determining staffing level and assignments based on staff availability, staff abilities, census, patient acuity and work/patient flow.Qualifications:Job Requirements:Minimum EducationAssociate Degree, Bachelor Degree or RN Diploma required.Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.American Heart Association or American Red Cross Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire or must be obtained within 90 days of employment, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 12 months of employmentLicense: Current TN or Multi-State RN licensureMinimum Work ExperienceSix months to one year experience as RN preferred. New Graduates will be considered.
