Here, you will make an impact by:Supervising & developing a mix of salaried and hourly personnel.Overseeing daily operations of metrology, cGMP lab, and plant analytical lab.Overseeing QMS functional areas such as document control, internal/external audits, and compliance support for manufacturing operations.Managing costs within the laboratories.Your skills and experience in order for you to succeed in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience in regulatory, Quality and/or QMS experience within a heath care regulated industry at a private, public, government, or military environment.In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Three (3) years or more of laboratory experience in a cGMP environment.Two (2) years or more supervisory experience.Experience leading or participating in regulatory and customer audits (cGMP, ISO, etc.).Knowledge of medical device or pharmaceutical industry regulations such as ISO 13485, MDSAP, 21CFR 210/211, and EU MDR.Additional skills/knowledge that could help you be more successful in this role include:Proficient in statistical methods, including design of experiments, sampling plans, and ANOVA.Demonstrated project leadership abilities on highly technical and complex projects.Other skills include Leadership, High Communication Skills, Results-Oriented, Teamwork, Data-Oriented, and People Focus.Workplace: Onsite - Brookings, SDTravel: Can include up to 10% domestic or internationalRelocation Assistance: NoYou must be legally authorized to work in the destination country without the need for a work visa (e.g., H1B).Supporting your well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life, both physically and financially.
