Here, you will make an impact by:• Qualify test methods using cross-over, Gauge R&R and Validations.• Experience in performing calibrations, sending standards to external calibration services, and reviewing documentation of calibration services.• Qualification and Preventive Maintenance on the installation of new and existing test equipment• Drafting, reviewing, owning, and approving Calibration and Metrology Documents/Procedures to compliance requirements.Working closely with production and maintenance teams to perform troubleshooting and resolve equipment/downtime issues.Your skills and experience / In order for you to succeed in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or manufacturing discipline and (2) two or more years ohandling and knowledge of test equipment and/or Metrology in a private, public, government or military environment experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED and (6) six years of related to handling and knowledge of test equipment and/or Metrology in a private, public, government or military environment experienceIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: • Statistical knowledge.• Knowledge or certification to ISO 17025, USP, NIST, or other calibration standards. • Prior quality experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).Additional skills/knowledge that could help you be more successful in this role include:Knowledge of medical device industry regulations such as ISO 13485, MDSAP, ANVISA, FDA QSR (21 CFR Part 11), and EU MDR.Demonstrated project leadership abilities on highly technical and complex projects.Other skills include Leadership, High Communication Skills, Results-Oriented, Teamwork, Data-Oriented, and People Focus.Onsite:Brookings, SD-USA Travel: Can include up to 10% [domestic or international]Relocation Assistance: NoYou must be legally authorized to work in the destination country without the need for a work visa (e.g., H1B).Supporting your well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
