Be the Nurse Manager You've Always Aspired to BeYour impactful journey involves:Supervises the provision of nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shift or unit.Ensures all patient care activities are completed as required.Assigns the appropriate nursing personnel necessary to provide care and ensures their presence.• Identifies training needs and resources for staff with other organizational leaders.Celebrating patient victories along the way.
