Qualifications: Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, BSN required. Graduate from both an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Listed on the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and recognized by the state of practice as an Advanced Practitioner. We are a very dynamic and busy hospital. In addition to our 16 inpatient ORs, we also provide anesthesia services to 3 OB ORs, 4 Endoscopy suites, 2 Open Heart Rooms, and a wide variety of Out-of-OR Anesthesia including Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology and Cath Lab, MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology, 12 more outpatient ORs specializing in peds endoscopy, dental, urology, and eye surgery as well as simple adult general outpatient procedures, eyes, and screening endoscopy.Location: Presbyterian Medical Center - Charlotte, NC; Presbyterian is our 661 bed level 2 trauma center centrally located just outside of uptown Charlotte.
