Current prescriptive authority with full DEA privileges. Must achieve and maintain national certification in the Nurse Practitioner specialtyExperience: 2 years experience within the last 5 years in chronic disease management/long-term care. Hospice and/or Palliative background preferred.Required: Reliable transportation.
