Summary:
As an After School Teacher at Chesterbrook Academy, you will collaborate professionally with other staff, parents, and outside vendors to promote the general well-being of the school, and the collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.
Ages: Kindergarten through Fifth Grade
Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:

Ensures successful implementation of approved curriculum.Health & Safety: Prioritizes a safe, clean, and attractive camp environment. Maintains compliance with camp standards and state licensing requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and internal policies and procedures.Engage, Inspire, Experience: Our counselors are committed to creating an unforgettable experience for campers while empowering them to embrace challenges and new opportunities with courage, confidence, and determination.Relationship Building: Have a strong desire to work collaboratively with a talented team of diverse staff and administrators. Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with the families, students, and community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.Must have an awarded High School Diploma or GEDOften carrying and lifting 25 pounds or less (25-50%) and occasionally carrying 25-50 pounds (10-25%).Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check.Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
