If you have a strong background in HR leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare, we want to hear from you.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the entire HR operation to establish and enhance compliance with all company policies and proceduresManage budgeting for HR functions, including payroll, onboarding, and development programsMaintain open communication with members of leadership regarding any issues, questions and/or concerns that need clarification or need to be addressedDevelop KPIs to measure the performance of the HR processesBring new ideas to leadership to further enhance a positive work environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our employee moraleCollaborate with senior leadership to align HR policies with the company’s strategic goalsConduct market analysis, analyze organizational trends, and oversee recruitment and retention efforts to effectively and efficiently source and select top healthcare talentImplement training and professional development programs to enhance staff growth and satisfactionDevelop and implement performance management strategies to drive employee successDisplays strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist employees with HR-related concernsFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementMaintain current knowledge and application of all relevant laws and regulations at the local, state, and national level relating to employment and ensure organizational complianceFoster a positive work environment, and assist with resolving disputes, and managing employee-employer communicationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business AdministrationExperience:Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcareMinimum 3 years of experience in a leadership positionSkills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing HR functions across several locationsProven ability to implement structure and improve workplace cultureStrong leadership and decision-making skillsIn-depth knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and HR best practicesBenefits:401(k) PlanDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Annual Bonus Incentive**The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience, up to $125-130K dependent on relevantexperience.Additional InformationAs one of the largest health care providers in Maryland, with 13,000 team members, We strive toCARE BRAVELYfor over 1 million patients annually.
