The Shop team supports a culture of continuous improvement by participating in training, reinforcing standards, reporting, and mitigating unsafe or undesirable conditions, and utilizing the corrective action program. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESPerform maintenance and repair work on plant equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, fans, bearings, pipe systems, valves and limit torque operators.
