This includes designing, planning, execution, and preliminary analysis of results. This includes, but is not limited to LEAN, 6-Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Design of Experiments (DOE), 5S, Gemba, Kaizen (continuous improvement), KPI analysis and development, PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), and Root Cause Analysis.Use experience to develop new procedures, processes, and resources as necessary to provide more efficient, accurate, and advanced testing services for product customers.What We Look For:BS required in an engineering or engineering adjacent discipline.Preferred combination education and experience, three (3) years direct work experience in the following: HVAC/R equipment development, servicing or testing, good understanding of HVAC/R systems, concepts, and diagnostics.Ability to perform test data acquisition and data analysis, test troubleshooting and diagnostics, technical reporting, and related communication at various levels is required.Experienced in environments ranging from laboratory, manufacturing/testing facilities, and field sites.Able to work in fast-paced, schedule driven work environment and possess the agility/adaptability to quickly move from one task to another when required.
