The Flagger is responsible for directing the flow of traffic around construction sites, road maintenance areas, and other work zones. This role involves setting up and taking down traffic control signs, cones, and barricades to ensure the safety of workers and the public. The Flagger uses hand signals, signs, and other traffic control devices to communicate with motorists and guide them safely through or around the work area. The position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and the capability to stand for extended periods.
Job Duties:
Set up signs, cones, and other traffic control devices around work areas to divert traffic. Effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members using two-way radios. Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms for up to 10 hours a day. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items over 50 pounds. Drive company vehicles to transport traffic control equipment to and from job sites. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition. Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, moving traffic, fumes, and airborne particles. Noise level of the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License. Must pass a background check, including motor vehicle records check. Must successfully pass a drug test and meet federal DOT requirements. Wear proper safety equipment (work boots with safety toe, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest). Operate 2-way radio. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings. Provide effective communication with contractors and internal teams while delivering the highest level of customer service. Work well in a team environment. Must have excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. Successfully complete the ATSSA Flagger training course and company-sponsored Defensive Driver training. Willingness to travel statewide, with occasional overnight stays, and ability to work nights and weekends as required by projects. Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule.

Description: Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Surgical NRT Job Type: Full-time | 12 hour variable shifts with rotating weekends and holidays Department/Unit Summary Two NRT staffed per day each shift. One will be assigned IVs for the day. In this role you access mediports, insert peripheral IVs, Accucaths, Midlines, and PICCs once trained. Will be trained on the use of an ultrasound machine to guide insertion techniques. You will also be trained to draw labs out of central lines when needed. The other nurse scheduled will be the resource nurse for the shift. You will serve as a resource for the entire hospital, performing a wide variety of tasks. 12 hour shifts, variable days and nights, are offered with a rotating weekend and holiday schedule. Description: Registered Nurse (RN), Crichton Inpatient Rehab Part-timeJob Type: Part-time | Variable 12 hour shifts and 2 Weekends per month Department/Unit Summary Crichton Center is a 27 bed physical rehabilitation unit providing acute care services; managing the patients' medical conditions along with providing them with the therapy/education needed in order to return to their prior level of function and to get home. Our most common patient diagnosis is stroke, however we see a range of diagnoses. With the extensive services provided, our patients’ average length of stay is 14 days. Although we are a 27 bed occupancy unit, we are actively working toward expanding to 37 beds as our unit is growing. We offer 12 hour shifts with flexible self-scheduling for our nurses. Description: Registered Nurse (RN), Surgical Ortho Job Type: Full-time | Variable 12 hour Shifts with EOW Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Department/Unit Summary Surgical Ortho, 9 Ashman and 9 Rose, provides services to a range of patients including, orthopedic, trauma, general surgery, urology and med surg. We offer our nurses 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p and 7p-7a with an every other weekend rotation. Schedules are provided on a 4-week interval basis, flexible self-scheduling giving staff input into when they work.
