Nurses in our robust, experienced, and growing float team have the flexibility to work three 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am) a week with 50% weekend requirement per schedule. The float team leverages current communication and scheduling technology along with a large pool of staff to optimize schedule flexibility.
