The RN administers monitors, and documents medications and treatments within the scope of practice. The RN monitors and reports expected and adverse reactions to treatments, procedures and medications. The RN provides individualizing care, collaborating with patient, family and doctor. The RN is responsible for coordinating and giving to the commitment of providing a safe and secure unit for patient care.
