Our approach blends evidence-based care with compassion, connection, and the restoration of physical, emotional, and nutritional balance.We are seeking a full-time Group Facilitator to support our multidisciplinary treatment teams at either our Springfield or Eugene location. Responsibilities Include:: Facilitate group sessions.Facilitate interaction between group members.Maintain awareness of individual client's needs.Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings.Document group sessions including patients’ progress or lack thereof, problems, concerns and mental status.Follow the format and requirements within the program.Ensure that all documentation related to the provision of direct patient services is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures and state standards.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, interns, management and other professional colleagues.Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations. Qualifications:: Must be actively working on master’s degree in social work, psychology or related human services fieldQMHP certification requiredLicensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) preferredPrior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is very helpful.Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices#montenido
