Summary This position willbe expected to rotate staffing on multiple units including medical/surgical, progressive care, oncology, and central pharmacy.JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSEPerforms the duties of Pharmacist as prescribed by state and federal statutes as well as SHS policies. Prepares and dispenses medication; assesses clinical status of patients (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics). Provides drug information to the medical team.
