In this role, you will use your biomedical knowledge, logistics/supply chain experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage union relations to lead our Portland teams. Coordinate department training and/or communication protocols, including in-services, regulatory requirements, and new staff training. Ensure teams successfully perform collections that meet patient need, such as right-type mix and demand requirements for day of week and manufacturing location.May operate ARC vehicles as required, including load, set up, maintain, and tear down supplies and equipment as required.Ensure effective internal and external communication between all department levels and functions to foster teamwork and enhance operational success.Participate in divisional and national projectsTravel: up to 60% within the regionPay Information: The salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location where the work is primarily performed.
