The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environment, has a strong willingness to learn, understands how to deliver safe and effective & compassionate clinical care along side a team.Our Surgical Unit has thirty two beds, we take care of patients with both surgical and nonsurgical conditions, we care for patients through the nursing process of assessment planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Furthermore, nurses collaborate with other healthcare professionals for best possible treatment of our patients. Responsibilities: RN essential functions include, but are not limited to: collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment dataestablishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing caredelegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventionsperforming additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
