This is a unique opportunity for an RN looking for flexibility, variety, and purpose-driven work across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care and manage hospice patients’ plans of careSupport and lead interdisciplinary care teams including LPNs, CNAs, and support staffAssess and address patients’ physical, emotional, social, and environmental needsDocument care thoroughly and accuratelySupervise and guide HHA/LPN staffEducate patients and families about medications, care needs, and safetyParticipate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as assignedCollaborate with physicians and attend interdisciplinary team meetingsAssist in referrals, resource connections, and compliance with payer requirements About You: What You’ll Need:Active RN license in the state of employmentMinimum of 1 year RN experience (acute care, oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health preferred)CPR certificationValid driver’s license and current auto insuranceReliable transportationPreferred Skills and Qualities:Strong hospice and end-of-life care knowledgeExcellent clinical and assessment skillsCompassionate, supportive, and calm in crisis situationsEffective communicator with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsStrong organizational and documentation skillsFlexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment We Offer: Schedule & Travel:This role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional on-call responsibilities.Regional travel with overnight stays based on assignment needs.
