As a Machine Operator at Allfasteners, you will set up, operate, and maintain various manufacturing machines that produce precise fastener components. You'll work closely with production and quality teams to meet stringent specifications and productivity targets while ensuring safety and operational excellence. Core Competencies: Technical Skills: Class C: Ability to competently set up and operate 1-2 simple machines efficiently: Band saws, ironworkers, drill press, plate roller, and bending machines. Perform MIG welding and fabrication of structural and carbon steel components in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards. You'll interpret blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, assist with material handling, and help maintain production efficiency and quality.
