Maintain department procedures, daily setups, order taking, understanding copyright policies and proper product rotation. Constantly stay on top of new product knowledge and procedures, such as product information by category, special orders, cake program, portion control, seasonal items and mixing colors. Ice and decorate cakes by taking prepared icing and applying to cake using spatulas and icing bags. Prepare icing and products for all cakes and other decorated items by reading recipes, measuring ingredients, and mixing product. Assist in maintaining Bakery backroom, cooler and freezer efficiency by unloading deliveries. Operate department equipment, including mixers, scales, airbrush gun, knives, cut gloves and personal protective equipment (anti-slip shoes). Assist in other areas as required. SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Mobile Response Stabilization Program Manager, the Licensed Shift Supervisor will take and assign crisis calls from the 24/7 hotline to have clinicians respond face to face (in person or via video conferencing) to high risk crisis situations within an hour to assess the youth and stabilize the family. There is no productivity expectation due to relying on crisis calls to be placed by the community. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide clinical supervision. Manage program needs including scheduling, programming, and administration in order to maintain effective therapeutic programming during shift. Manage agency required documents and reporting systems. Ability and flexibility to step in and cover clinical role of the program in order to keep operations occurring during times of staffing shortages. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards. Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client's treatment. All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material. OTHER DUTIES: Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training. All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards. Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy. Licensure: LSW, LPC. LMFT required, LISW, LPCC or IMFT preferred. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work cooperatively as a team, as well as, independently. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations with complex psychiatric needs. Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
