Knowledge of Marathon's corporate structure and business activities is helpful.Key ResponsibilitiesCarries out a variety of administrative routines to ensure the efficient operation of the office and that the executive is afforded optimum utilization of time and effort. Administrative duties include setting up meetings, scheduling conference rooms, ordering supplies, entering time and attendance, and updating organizational documents.Assists and coordinates special projects including but not limited to: submittal of both draft and final version of Board materials, assisting with quarterly earnings calls, assisting other administrative assistants and executives, and covering during vacations.Maintains proper flow of communications. Reads, selects, and passes mail (whether hard copy or electronic) to executive, forwards remaining mail to other offices. Composes executive’s general correspondence, frequently on own initiative.
