Maintain positive relationships with the community owner/s and its residents. Process community invoices for payment. Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community. Perform other related duties as assigned. About You: You have a high school diploma or GED. 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience. Possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Teams. Experience with Yardi or a similar platform is a plus. You’re highly analytical with strong financial acumen. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
