POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to work at Monarch School for students ages 3 through 21 with autism. The Speech Language Pathologist will work within an interdisciplinary team that provides communication, academic, sensory, behavioral, and therapeutic support for children or adolescents with autism. As a Behavior Analyst, you will conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) for your assigned caseload of Monarch School students as well as develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on FBA results. POSITION SUMMARY: The Office-Based Therapist provides guidance and instruction to foster emotional and mental growth of clients through individual and family therapeutic intervention. The Office-Based Therapist will partner with the Office-Based Psychology program to provide ADOS assessments for community clients. The Office-Based Therapist is expected to meet the program's productivity target for billable service each week. The therapist will administer, write up reports, and provide feedback to the clients and families.
