This position requires an individual who can work effectively with many stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization to drive compliance, engagement and improvements in our workplace environment and safety.In addition to competitive pay, Lincoln Electric offers a lucrative profit-sharing plan, student loan repayment program PLUS tuition reimbursement, medical/dental/vision, paid time off and many more outstanding benefits!What You Will DoWork on a team in a hands-on environment to execute projects, programs, and processes designed to continually improve the environmental footprint, reduce injuries and maintain regulatory compliance.Lead the Cleveland Operations as subject matter expert for Environmental, Safety and Compliance.Support the ISO 14001 and 45001 management systems through involvement in Audits, Objective & Targets, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), etc.Conduct incident investigations identifying the root cause and response plan.Host and facilitate investigations and respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies including OSHA, BWC, EPA, etc...Work with project engineers to identify and solve EHS and compliance issues prior to equipment installation.Update and implement lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) procedure for equipment.Communication and education of new EHS and Agency requirements to the Cleveland Operations.Update and develop EHS specifications.Help manage and lead workplace safety including PPE selection, safety training, JHA’s, EHS walks, new hire orientation, contractor safety, etc.Keep up to date with regulatory agencies and policies ISO, EPA, NEC, NFPA, OSHA, etc.Education and Experience RequiredMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree required, preferred area for focus in Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety3 - 8 or more years’ required experienceStrong desire to take ownership and drive results.Knowledge of ISO 14001 & 45001, EPA, NEC and OSHA standards is a plus.Motivated to make a difference by improving Safety and the Environmental footprint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate initiative and ability to accept responsibilities with minimal supervision.Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
