This role reports to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager. The PTA will be responsible for providing quality rehabilitative physical therapy under the direction and supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist to patients, involving musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary deficiencies and promoting excellent customer service while adhering to state and federal standards.Accurately, promptly, and thoroughly document patients’ care observations, interventions, and evaluations.Confer with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding the patient’s progress and Plan of Care changes.
