Electrical RepairElectricianLocation: Canton, OHPay Rate: $23- $27/hrDuration: 12 months, potential to convert What’s the Job
Under close supervision, inspect, test, program, service, pack and prepare for transport measurement equipment and other equipment as assignedEquipment can include, but is not limited to meters, instrument transformers, cluster racks, test switches, test equipment, etcReceive, inspect, test, adjust, clean, repair, replace parts and subassemblies of single phase and polyphase meters and make incidental calculationsTest, adjust, repair and program all types of single phase, network and poly phase metersAssist in the testing and maintenance of all electronic metering equipment as well astesting load research, time of use and electronic data recordersCheck company inventory regularly and assist in maintaining adequate stock of meters and other equipment. Participate in annual physical meter inventory
What’s Needed
Must have a two year associate degree in electrical/electronic technologyMust possess and maintain a valid state driver license
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
