C&M work is very diverse and includes excavation and repair of buried pipelines and fabrication of piping for Marathon facilities. The position also requires the commitment to support various Marathon Pipe Line processes and encourage continuous improvement and managing risk for incident prevention.Responsibilities:1. Oversees project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for six construction and maintenance (C&M) crews2. Collaborate with L3S Project Leaders, C&M Operations Supervisors, Operating Areas, and MPL Field Services and Planning (FSP) to ensure proper scheduling and resourcing of C&M projects3. Supervises C&M Floating Welder which includes planning work and giving direction for projects being worked on4. Serve as the C&M Budget Liaison which includes maintain C&M’s O&GE and project budget, tracking crew costs/savings and identify opportunities for improvements, and plan for the MPL Budget Meeting5. Update C&M’s Power BI schedule with new projects or project changes6. Estimate projects based on specific criteria7. Facilitate emergency responses and represent C&M in repair team meetings8. Schedule and lead constructability reviews9. Pursue new project types and identify opportunities to grow and improve C&M10.
