Routinely evaluate patient performance and assess the home environment more frequently as needed to improve care.Communicate results of patient assessment, reassessment, and ongoing monitoring to the physician, team members, and others as appropriate to the individual needs of the patient.Document all nursing services in the Electronic Medical Record including but not limited to training sessions, routine and non-routine in-person interactions, and phone conversations. What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition. Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery. Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises. Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions. Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises. This position will provide engineering analysis and develop design packages for construction, as well as complete as-built drawing documentation as required. The position will be located in Findlay, OH and can expect travel up to 5-10% of the time, including some overnight travel.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:Collaborates with other departments, subject matter experts, technicians and vendors to obtain pertinent information to complete design and engineering tasks for proposed projects in L&SE.Completes engineering calculations and tasks such as hydraulics, HEC-RAS modeling, rip-rap sizing, HDD design, containment calculations, and structural design, with a strong focus on design for waterway crossing remediations and containment design & analysis.
