ABOUT THE ROLE:The Digital Delivery Senior Manager translates business segment strategy into functional plans and guides execution for a cross-functional team responsible for designing, planning, building, and supporting a portfolio of global websites, applications, and mobile apps. The incumbent effectively cascades functional strategy of the applications, solutions, and digital capabilities centered around the domain of digital interconnected customer experience. They participate with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives to ensure successful digital experiences for customers around the globe.The Senior Digital Delivery Manager will lead the transformation of our Retail Color Services platformpowering over 5,000 retail locations with precision, consistency, and innovation. This role plays a key part shaping the future of color technology in retail, delivering a modern, cloud-native platform that ensures exceptional customer satisfaction through our in-store color matching and tinting systems. This position will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions. In lieu of a degree, at least 11 years of experience in ITPreferredCertifications and/or course work focused on Color Science.Knowledge & Experience8+ years of experience in IT4+ years management or enterprise department manager experience including application development.PreferredFamiliarity or experience with Color Science, Color Measurement Devices, and/or Colorant Dispensers in support of color matching services.Experience in leading digital delivery teams utilizing Agile software delivery practices, to enable desired business capabilities as defined by business leaders within a Product Management framework.Experience in leading application development using MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless), ensuring scalable, flexible, and high-performance solutions with an edge computing architecture.
