The Manager will serve as the single point of contact with Merck for all Program related communication.Accurate and timely reporting of all visits, including but not limited to the type of education conducted, length of visit, and office that was visited. A visit is defined as a customer interaction-in-services and scheduled or unscheduled customer engagements.Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staffComplete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reportsCoordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales RepresentativesDevelop and strengthen relationships with key customersTo attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframeAttend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the teamMaintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as requiredMaintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.To possess a full valid US driver’s license at all times and to notify the company immediately of any offences or accumulation of penalty pointsPerform other duties as requestedWhat do you need for this position Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted.Must have at least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience required.Strong problem-solving skills.Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management is preferredA self-starter with high personal motivationValid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100% travel.Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills.
