SUMMARY: The Integrated Co-Occurring Treatment (ICT) Therapist serves as the primary direct service clinician to clients as assigned by the program. The Therapist works with families utilizing the IHBT Model of Treatment to provide support and integrated behavioral health and substance use services through reduction of intensity in emotional symptoms and stressors for the client and the family, as well as strengthening interpersonal success and coping skills to help them stay in the home successfully and avoid out-of-home placement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide professional clinical services, including but not limited to: Assessments; Treatment planning; Individual and family therapy; Case management; Crisis work; and Aftercare planning. Collaborate with other treatment team members regarding treatment planning, progress, and ongoing needs in a timely and consistent manner. POSITION SUMMARY: Our Outpatient Therapists make a difference in the lives of the children and families in need, working with the disadvantaged, at risk and undeserved. As the Outpatient Therapist, you will provide office based clinical services for children ages 3-18 with issues such as disruptive behaviors, ADHD, parent-child relationship problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, school-related issues and bullying.
