Run as a team, approximately 50% of time is spent in berth.- No ramp unloading work.- All equipment provided, and tractors are well-maintained and less than 3 years old.Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:- At least 21 years of age- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience- Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
