Collaborate with supervisors and senior engineers to learn and develop skills related to quality control.• Engineer II: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Quality Management, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in a relevant work environment is required. i. Conduct assessment, development and implementation of quality control procedures for welding equipment and components. ii. Conduct analysis of the manufacturing processes, systems and components to ensure compliance with quality standards for components manufacturing and final product assembly. Effective in cross functional collaboration. iii. Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments.• Engineer III: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Quality Management, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in a relevant work environment is required. i. Conduct assessment, development and implementation of quality control procedures for welding equipment and components. ii. Guide development of the manufacturing processes, systems and components to ensure compliance with quality standards for components manufacturing and final product assembly. Facilitates cross functional collaboration. iii. Works autonomously most of the time.
