Current or past DER delegation is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience. 5+ years of supervisory experience is preferred. Prior Repair / MRO background is required.Working knowledge of gas turbine engine theory and performance is desirable.Understanding of regulatory requirements and OEM ESM structure highly desirable.Must be able to plan, schedule and allocate resources effectively and efficiently. Ability to handle multiple projects and multiple deadlines.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to keep a cool head in a high-stress, high-energy environment.
