Be able to disassemble and reassemble complete electrical components. 5.Must have a working knowledge of reading electrical schematics. Be able to diagnose and repair electrical faults including wiring repair. 6.Be able to diagnose and repair electrical components on all computer-controlled engines and transmissions. 7.Must have the ability to trouble-shoot, analyze and implement effective solutions for operational faults on hybrid vehicle systems and components. 8.Be able to trouble-shoot and repair all electrical components. 9.Working knowledge of air conditioning and electrical systems. 10.Must be able to diagnose and program with a computer all engines, transmissions, and various other systems (i.e., HVAC etc.). 11.Demonstrate ability in the proper use of tools and diagnostic equipment. 12.Must be able to use and read parts manual and be able to fill out required forms. 13.Must be willing to work overtime when required. 14.Must keep area clean, uncluttered, and safe. The duties of an aircraft refueler will consist of servicing aircraft and other equipment with aviation and automotive fuels with the use of tanker trucks, hydrant carts or tow carts. Aircraft refulers are required to position the fueling equipment next to the aircraft and service it with fuel following all Airline and Company policy and safety regulations at all times. Other duties related to the job are completing required paperwork such fuel service records, tanker sheets, truck sheets and meter tickets and the sumping of overnight aircraft as well as performing normal shop housekeeping duties.

Carry out quality-driven and care coordination by communicating within the VNS Health interdisciplinary team and across providers and other resources to deliver the plan of care effectively and efficiently. Practice in the community, traveling to patients’ homes or care facilities, using effective time management and agility to manage weekly caseload and other duties. Use agility and empathy to deliver continuity of patient care includingcoordinating supplies and providing education.Use technology, including a tablet computer, phone, and other systems to coordinate and maintainaccurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs) for patients in the community. Provide empowering education and support to patients and their families to help them understand and navigate end of life treatment. QualificationsLicenses and Certifications:License and current registration to practice as an LPN in New York State requiredValid driver's license may be required as determined by operational/regional needs.Education: High School Diploma or completion of LPN Program requiredWork Experience:Minimum of one year work experience as an LPN preferredBilingual skills may be required as determined by operational needs.Home care/hospice experience preferredFor CMHS only: Experience working in mental health and/or home care strongly preferredFor Hospice only: Employee will be hired to perform nursing care duties in primarily one area of service (Home Care visits, Hospice Residence shifts, or Crisis Care visits).However the nurse will be cross–trained in each service area and will be expected to perform nursing care duties in all three Hospice services, as needed.Pay Range per Visit:If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job, the hiring range is as follows: $50.68- $54.07 per visit.
