Requirements: Valid Drivers License Mechanically inclined and self-motivated. Must pass an airport access background check. Must be drug free. 2 Years verifiable mechanical experience. Experience with Gas & Diesel Engines, Drive Train, Computer Systems. Electrical, Ford,  Cummins, Isuzu, International.Small Engine. Basic light welding and fabrication.  On the job training will be provided for aircraft refueling equipment Garsite, Beta, Westmor, DTS, Engine & Accessory. Tankers, Hydrant Trucks and Stationary Carts. Must own an adequate mechanics tool set. On the job training will be provided for aircraft hydrant fuel systems.

The duties of an aircraft refueler will consist of servicing aircraft and other equipment with aviation and automotive fuels with the use of tanker trucks, hydrant carts or tow carts. Aircraft refulers are required to position the fueling equipment next to the aircraft and service it with fuel following all Airline and Company policy and safety regulations at all times. Other duties related to the job are completing required paperwork such fuel service records, tanker sheets, truck sheets and meter tickets and the sumping of overnight aircraft as well as performing normal shop housekeeping duties.

Workforce members are expected to ensure that:Access to information is based on a “need to know” and is the minimum necessary to properly perform assigned duties. Use or disclosure shall not exceed the minimum amount of information needed to accomplish an intended purpose. Reasonable efforts, consistent with Albany Med Center policies and standards, shall be made to ensure that information is adequately protected from unauthorized access and modification.
