Additional Details: CVICU Float Pool Guaranteed Hours 36 This would be critical care (ICU) shifts would be D/N rotation 12 hour shifts 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am with every other weekend. They would need to have competencies in devices Impellas, CVVH, IABP, and LVADs. Will float to all 6 ICUs and Pratt 8 our Cardiomyopathy IMC unit. Nurse: Patient Ratios 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity Common diagnoses/Types of patients Varies on each unit all critical care and IMC level of care on Pratt 8- Level 1 trauma acute patients.
