Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality systems role within a manufacturing environment.In-depth knowledge of quality standards and frameworks, including AS9100, NADCAP, ISO17025, and A2LA.Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, FMEA, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, and control plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical documents and specifications.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP and quality management systems.Ability to work on-site at our Chittenango, NY facility and accommodate occasional extended hours based on operational needs.
