Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions:Represent the company professionally in client interactions.Provide contract-required reports (weekly, monthly, schedule).Follow Corporate and site-specific safety plans.Perform quantity calculations and track material/work completion.Develop and review work plans and work packages.Ensure site quality plan and inspections are completed on time for turnover.Manage daily labor timesheet processing and client approval.Distribute weekly Average Labor Rate to supervisors.Train employees on completing Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).Lead safety reviews, meetings, and training.Order materials, schedule deliveries, and report procurement status.Plan, schedule, and coordinate jobsite work groups.Perform material takeoffs and basic engineering calculations.Support Engineers with data preparation for submittals and correspondence.Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, and material buyouts.Oversee subcontractor operations and procurement.Manage project recordkeeping and correspondence (e.g., reports, RFIs, submittals).Monitor project controls (e.g., labor rates, scheduling, risk logs).Maintain master project schedule and generate change orders.Administer accounting, job costs, and work in progress updates.Assist with budgeting, cost forecasting, and cashflow management.Represent the company in the absence of the Project Manager or Engineer.Understand the Prime contract's provisions, terms, and scope.Develop and prepare invoices and Schedule of Values for customers.SUPERVISORY:Support a crew of up to 50 people for short periods if needed. Qualifications: Education and Work Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related.Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.
