They would need to have competencies in devices Impellas, CVVH, IABP, and LVADs within the past 6 months. - MUST be listed on profile Will float to all 6 ICUs and Pratt 8 our Cardiomyopathy IMC unit. Nurse: Patient Ratios 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity Common diagnoses/Types of patients Varies on each unit all critical care and IMC level of care on Pratt 8- Level 1 trauma acute patients.
