This position oversees all staff members including Managers, Clinical Supervisors, RNs, technical staff, and coordinators within the Operating Room, Endoscopy, PACU, Day Surgery Unit, Pre-admission Testing & SPD. Consults with staff, physicians and Chief Nurse Officer to improve quality outcomes, and to ensure patient needs are met.
